Cancellation Policy

We appreciate life can be hectic, but to allow someone else to attend if you can't please manage your appointment bookings asap. Change happens, we get it! You won't be penalised for making changes or cancelling or communicating with us directly if you need help for any of lifes changes you have occurring. However, if you do not connect with us or manage your booking online, your session will go ahead without you, and the charge for that will be deducted from your account. No one likes to be charged for something they didn't get, so in the situation of repeated no-shows, we will reserve the right to not book any future sessions with you. If you cancel within 24hrs of your booking time, you will not be charged and any session prepaid will be recredited to your plan or pack. Cancelling under the 24hr timeframe does not give time for another person to utilise your spot, and you will still be charged for the missed class/session. You are free to reschedule your spot up to 1 hr before your start time.
