Service Description
Teens ONLY - Inexcusably Me - IME - TEEN 10 week program Promoting health mind body connection in a fun way. Cost is $45 per week for 10weeks - debited weekly. Two groups Tuesdays Group, and Fridays Group - Once you are booked into a group you need to be consistent in that group for the term. Max 4 ppl weekly plan is; 1. The GUTS of it! - introduction and setting intentions 2. Don't mind ME! - mentally strong and physically strong - connecting to the core 3. Who's in my Village - flexibility and mobility creating stability 4. The Dark Side - Balance and control - internally and externally 5. Does my bum look good? - The back and posture 6. Down and Dirty - Deep soul & core connections 7. UnCo - Flow and co-ordination of the body and the mind 8. Huh?!What?! - integrating mind and body 9. WHOA! - Smart skills - brain work, breath work 10. FINALE - full integration, reflection

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate life can be hectic, but to allow someone else to attend if you can't please manage your appointment bookings asap. Change happens, we get it! You won't be penalised for making changes or cancelling or communicating with us directly if you need help for any of lifes changes you have occurring. However, if you do not connect with us or manage your booking online, your session will go ahead without you, and the charge for that will be deducted from your account. No one likes to be charged for something they didn't get, so in the situation of repeated no-shows, we will reserve the right to not book any future sessions with you. If you cancel within 1 hour of your booking time, you will be charged 50% of the session cost.
