You arrive Friday just in time for a slow, welcoming BBQ lunch—feet grounded, heart open, laughter mingling with the scent of fire-kissed food. You’ll meet your fellow adventurers, the kind of people who just get the need for nature, movement, and soul-deep rest.
That afternoon, your only job is to unwind. First, let sound waves melt tension during a dreamy sound bath. Then, tune into your body’s rhythm with a workshop on mobility and balance. As the stars rise, we head into the dark—guided by torchlight, curiosity, and the wild hum of night life on a sensory night walk you won’t forget.
Saturday begins early with a spark of adventure. We head into the majestic Kangaroo Valley, where the river becomes your playground. Paddle, float, laugh. You’ll enjoy a hand-packed picnic lunch, time to explore, and let nature restore your inner calm. That evening? A glorious feast. A crackling campfire. Wine. Storytelling. Connection.
Sunday eases in with an uplifting Pilates session to wake your body gently. Then we set out on foot to explore the local bush trails—culminating at the breathtaking Fitzroy Falls. We return to a nourishing harvest lunch, shared memories, and our closing circle—your nervous system will thank you.
