This retreat starts at Lunchtime on a Friday - Come enjoy a BBQ lunch and meet your fellow adventurers. The afternoon is set for relaxing with a sound bath, followed by body mobility balance & workshop, before we indulge in a night walk with the night life. Saturday we depart early for the kangaroo valley for a day on the water as we set out for adventure on the river, picnic lunch and explore time. This night we indulge in a feast and rest around the campfire. Sunday morning Pilates session before our bush walk to local sights including the beautiful Fitzroy Falls. returning for harvest lunch and our closing ceremony.

The cost includes your accommodation, all meals and snacks prepared for you by our resident camp chef, workshops and workbook, all activities incl. gear hire and expert adventure guides, glass of wine on arrival, and gift pack..
